These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of nationalenterprises.pk (the “Website”), operated by National Enterprises & Co. (“National Enterprises”, “we”, “us”), and to inquiries and quotations made through it. By using the Website you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

National Enterprises & Co. is an importer, stockist and distributor of industrial supplies and cutting tools in Karachi, Pakistan, and the owner of the NECO® brand. Our address is Shop #7, Plot #19, Sheet No SR-03, Saify Imperial Trade Centre, Serai Road, Karachi, Pakistan.

2. Using the Website

  • You may browse the Website, read our content and send inquiries for lawful business and personal purposes.
  • You must not misuse the Website: for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its security or operation, sending spam or harmful code, or copying large parts of it automatically.
  • The administration panel is for authorised National Enterprises staff only.

3. Product information and prices

We try to keep product descriptions, sizes, specifications and photos accurate, but they are for general guidance. Colours, packaging and minor details may differ from the pictures, and manufacturers may change specifications without notice. Please confirm the exact specification for critical applications before ordering.

Prices are not shown as fixed offers on the Website. Any price, availability or delivery time is confirmed in a written quotation from us.

4. Quotations and orders

  • Sending an inquiry or quotation request does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (including by email or WhatsApp).
  • Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, or 7 days if none is stated, and depend on stock availability.
  • Payment, delivery, return and warranty terms are those agreed in the quotation or invoice for your order.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.

5. Safe use of tools

Cutting tools, drill bits, hole saws and similar products must be used with the correct machines, speeds and protective equipment, and according to the manufacturer’s instructions. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, incorrect application or unsafe working practices.

6. Reviews and Google Business Profile

Customer reviews shown on the Website come from our public Google Business Profile and remain the content of their authors and subject to Google’s Terms of Service. We may choose which reviews to display but we do not change their wording. Articles from our blog may also be shared as Updates on our Google Business Profile. How we handle data received from Google is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Website’s content, including text, photos, logos, the NECO® name and design, is owned by or licensed to National Enterprises & Co.. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Other brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. It forms part of these Terms.

The Website links to other services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of Pakistan.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.
